From Real Traction to Deeper Work

The nine-session experience is designed to create traction.

It gives you time to explore multiple subjects, apply what you learn, and strengthen your research habits.

The 12-session experience builds on that progress by giving you more room to study complex topics across multiple conversations.

You can return to earlier ideas after conducting additional research. You can compare new information with what you previously believed. You can examine how different parts of investing connect rather than treating each subject as an isolated lesson.

This matters because the investment environment continues to change.

Companies release new financial results. Interest rates and inflation shift. Technologies develop. Regulations change. New information may strengthen or challenge an investment idea.

Twelve sessions give you the time to learn, apply, review, and refine your understanding throughout that process.

A Private Learning Experience Built Around Your Development

This is not a fixed course that requires every participant to follow the same curriculum.

A newer investor may use the program to build a strong foundation, understand account types, and gradually develop a more complete investment research process.

A business owner may explore tax-efficient investing, business retirement accounts, personal wealth beyond the business, and technologies that could affect the company’s industry.

Someone pursuing financial independence may focus on income-producing investments, taxation, account structures, risk, and the role investing can play in reducing dependence on wages.

An individual who is retired or approaching retirement may want to better understand annuities, investment income, account withdrawals, taxation, preservation, and the continued need for growth.

A more experienced investor may concentrate on artificial intelligence, crypto, digital assets, company research, market developments, disruptive technologies, or more advanced analysis methods.

Your 12 sessions may cover several areas or concentrate more deeply on selected subjects.

Learn how contribution rules, access restrictions, withdrawals, taxation, and required distributions may differ.

Business-Owner Investment Accounts

Learn about SEP IRAs, SIMPLE IRAs, Solo 401(k)s, and other retirement account options available to business owners and self-employed individuals.

Explore how these accounts differ and why business owners should understand the options available for building personal wealth beyond the value of their company.

Tax-Efficient Investing

Understand how taxes can affect investment income, capital gains, withdrawals, distributions, and the accumulation of wealth.

Potential areas of discussion may include taxable, tax-deferred, and tax-free accounts, dividend and interest taxation, capital gains and losses, retirement-account taxation, annuities, business-owner considerations, and tax concepts related to crypto and digital assets.

Specific tax questions should be reviewed with a qualified CPA or tax professional.

Risk and Investment Decision-Making

Strengthen your understanding of risk, volatility, diversification, liquidity, fees, concentration, and investment time horizon.

Learn why an investment may be appropriate for one objective or time frame but less appropriate for another.

Markets and the Economy

The goal is to help you better understand why markets move and how changing conditions may affect companies, industries, and investment categories.

Investment Research

Learn how to evaluate companies, funds, industries, technologies, digital assets, and investment ideas using credible information and a disciplined research process.

Develop stronger questions, compare sources, review business fundamentals, identify important risks, and distinguish evidence-based research from speculation.

Technical analysis may also be discussed when it helps explain market behavior, momentum, price trends, or trading activity.

Artificial Intelligence

Explore how artificial intelligence is changing business models, productivity, decision-making, and the competitive position of companies across industries.

Learn how to use AI tools to research companies, compare information, analyze investment themes, test assumptions, organize findings, and strengthen your independent judgment.

You will also learn why AI-generated information should be verified rather than accepted automatically.

Crypto, Digital Assets, Blockchain, and Tokenization

Understand how crypto and digital assets are connected to blockchain technology.

Explore how these technologies are creating new ways to transfer value, record ownership, build financial products, and represent real-world assets digitally through tokenization.

You may also study network design, adoption trends, regulation, custody, market risks, business models, and the differences between the technology and the assets built on it.

Emerging Innovations

Explore biotechnology, robotics, quantum computing, cybersecurity, energy innovation, and other developing technologies that may influence industries and future economic growth.

The focus is not only on what may become possible. It is also on adoption, business application, competition, risk, and the evidence needed to evaluate an investment theme responsibly.

Investment Thesis Development

Learn how to organize your research and document why an investment idea may be attractive.

Identify the central opportunity, supporting evidence, assumptions, major risks, and developments that could strengthen or weaken your conclusion.

The 12-session structure gives you enough time to build, test, review, and refine multiple investment theses.

Why Choose Twelve Sessions?

The 12-session program is designed for learners who want more than momentum.

It is for those who want enough time to connect ideas, revisit conclusions, and develop a more complete process for evaluating investments and opportunities.

The additional depth allows you to:

  • Study complex topics without compressing them into a single conversation
  • Apply new concepts and return to review how your understanding has changed
  • Connect account structures, taxation, markets, risk, and investment research more effectively
  • Build, test, and refine multiple investment theses
  • Revisit companies, technologies, and investment themes as new developments occur
  • Strengthen your use of AI for research, comparison, and analysis
  • Compare traditional investments with newer and less familiar opportunities
  • Examine how economic conditions affect different investments
  • Identify patterns across companies, industries, technologies, and markets
  • Develop a more complete and repeatable process for evaluating opportunities and risks

The value of 12 sessions is not simply three additional meetings.

It is the ability to complete a fuller cycle of learning, application, review, and refinement.

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes the 12-session program different from the nine-session program?

The nine-session program creates real traction by giving you time to explore several topics, apply what you learn, and strengthen your research habits.

The 12-session program provides greater depth and continuity. You have more time to study complex subjects across multiple conversations, connect related concepts, revisit earlier conclusions, and complete a fuller cycle of learning, application, review, and refinement.

Do I need prior investment knowledge?

No.

A newer investor can begin with foundational concepts. An experienced investor can move directly into deeper research, company analysis, emerging technologies, market developments, or specialized investment topics.

The sessions begin with what you already know and build from there.

Do I have to follow a set curriculum?

No.

Your sessions are shaped around your current knowledge, questions, interests, and learning priorities.

You may explore several areas or concentrate more deeply on selected subjects. The direction may also evolve as your understanding develops and new questions arise.

Can I schedule the sessions at my own pace?

Yes.

You may schedule your sessions at the pace that best supports your learning, subject to availability and the 12-month completion period.

Some clients prefer more time between meetings to conduct research and apply what they learn. Others choose to meet more frequently and move through the program at a faster pace.

Is this relevant for business owners and entrepreneurs?

Yes.

Business owners may explore SEP IRAs, SIMPLE IRAs, Solo 401(k)s, other retirement account options, tax-efficient investing, diversification, and ways to build personal wealth beyond the value of the business.

The sessions may also explore technologies, economic developments, and market trends that could affect the owner’s industry or long-term business strategy.

Is this only for people preparing for retirement?

No.

Retirement may be one objective, but it is not the only objective.

The program may also support individuals pursuing financial independence, business owners building wealth beyond their company, experienced investors expanding their knowledge, and retirees who want to better understand how their investments can continue supporting their desired quality of life.

Will we discuss taxes?

Yes.

Taxation is an important part of understanding investments, retirement accounts, business-owner strategies, income, capital gains, distributions, and wealth-building decisions.

Your sessions may include education on investment income, capital gains and losses, dividends, interest, retirement-account taxation, annuities, business-owner considerations, crypto taxation concepts, and other topics that can affect how wealth is accumulated, preserved, and accessed.

These discussions are intended to help you understand the concepts, terminology, and questions that may be relevant to your decisions.

Specific questions about how tax rules apply to your personal circumstances should be discussed with a qualified CPA or tax professional.

Will Lawrence tell me which investments to buy?

No personalized investment recommendations are provided.

However, specific companies, stocks, funds, crypto assets, commodities, technologies, and other investments may be discussed in detail.

The discussion may include business fundamentals, industry developments, adoption trends, risks, valuation considerations, and technical analysis when appropriate.

You may ask questions about any investment or opportunity you want to understand more clearly. Lawrence may also share examples from his own research, investing experience, and portfolio decisions when they help explain how an experienced financial professional evaluates an opportunity.

You will not be told whether you personally should buy, sell, or hold a particular asset. That decision remains yours.

You will receive research tools, frameworks, and questions that can help you evaluate opportunities more independently and understand how an experienced financial professional may approach the decision-making process.

How is wealth education different from financial coaching?

Wealth education focuses on investing.

It may include investment products, account types, taxation, market behavior, research methods, annuities, business-owner accounts, digital assets, and emerging technologies.

Financial coaching focuses more broadly on your personal financial life. It may include budgeting, debt, financial habits, goal setting, financial organization, and accountability.

How is wealth education different from working with a financial advisor?

A financial advisor typically helps manage or recommend investments based on your financial situation, goals, time horizon, and tolerance for risk.

Wealth education is designed to help you understand investing for yourself.

The sessions may cover how different investments work, how companies and technologies are evaluated, how markets and economic conditions affect opportunities, how account types and taxation influence outcomes, and how experienced professionals approach research and decision-making.

Specific stocks, funds, crypto assets, commodities, companies, or technologies may be discussed as part of the educational process. You may also learn how to review business fundamentals, assess risks, use technical analysis when appropriate, and build an investment thesis.

The difference is that you are not being given a personalized recommendation to buy, sell, or hold a particular investment. Instead, you are building the knowledge, research skills, and judgment needed to ask better questions and make more informed decisions independently.

Wealth education can complement a relationship with a financial advisor. It can help you better understand what you own, evaluate the reasoning behind recommendations, and participate more confidently in conversations about your financial future.

Will I learn how to use artificial intelligence for investment research?

Yes.

You may learn how to use AI tools to research companies, compare sources, analyze investment themes, organize information, test assumptions, and improve the quality of your questions.

You will also learn why AI-generated information should be verified rather than accepted automatically.

Does the program include live crypto education?

Yes.

During your active wealth education engagement, you receive complimentary access to the Legacy Visions Digital Assets Foundations and Masterclass live classes.

The Foundations class explains crypto, blockchain, digital assets, and related financial technologies in clear, accessible language. The Masterclass provides a deeper examination of technologies, projects, regulation, institutional adoption, market developments, and investment research.

Complimentary access applies to the live classes only. It does not include the full LVDA member experience, which provides access to:

  • The complete class recording library
  • Presentation slides
  • Research materials
  • Educational guides and supporting resources
  • Additional class deliverables
  • Ongoing member access to the full LVDA learning environment

Wealth education clients may upgrade to full LVDA access at a reduced bundle rate during their active engagement.

How do I schedule my sessions?

After purchasing, you will receive a link to schedule your first session virtually.

After the initial meeting, you will receive access to the paid-client scheduling page for future sessions.

Later sessions may be conducted virtually or, when availability permits, in person at The Ion in Houston, another mutually agreed location, or through a home visit when the estimated one-way drive time is approximately 30 minutes or less.

How long do I have to use my sessions?

Your 12 sessions must be completed within 12 months of purchase.

Any unused sessions and related Academy access will expire when the 12-month period ends.

What happens if I complete all 12 sessions and want to continue?

You may purchase additional sessions at the same per-session rate as your original 12-session engagement.

This allows you to continue your learning without losing the pricing benefit associated with your original program.

Additional sessions may be used to explore new subjects, continue following companies or technologies, revisit earlier conclusions, or deepen your investment research process.

What is the refund policy?

Sessions are nonrefundable after purchase.

Prospective clients who have questions before enrolling may schedule a complimentary consultation to determine whether the program is a good fit.
